CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment. To respect the time of our staff and other clients, please arrive on time for your appointment, as failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled and charged a cancellation fee! Every client is given a 5 MINUTE grace period. See you soon thank you! Parking- If you happen to have to park at Paid Parking please take care of parking within 10 minutes of pulling into parking lot if parking in free make sure to read signs carefully.
