Cancellations & No-Shows
A 25% fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment and to all no-shows.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience for you and the clients scheduled after you. A 5-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in cancellation and a 25% fee.
Parking
For paid parking, please complete payment within 10 minutes of entering the parking lot. If using complimentary parking, please read all posted signs carefully and park accordingly.
